Faculty development program design

From one-off workshops to year-long fellowships. I help teaching centers, departments, and institutions design faculty development that actually builds practice — with realistic time commitments, meaningful peer structures, and evidence of impact you can point to.

Generative AI integration

Strategy and hands-on support for institutions figuring out how to engage with generative AI in teaching, research, and operations without either hype or panic. Includes policy review, workshop series, and fellowship-style programs modeled on GAIT.

Learning analytics & data pipelines

Python, R, Power BI, Tableau. I design pipelines that turn messy institutional data (consultations, attendance, OER usage, grant outcomes) into dashboards and reports that answer the questions leadership is actually asking.

Facilitation

Retreats, community-of-practice launches, Appreciative Inquiry–based convenings. Warm, structured, reflective — not performative.
